1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused and in original packaging

📌 Note: We do not accept returns for used products or change-of-mind requests.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@thenookbox.com
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue description
    • Clear photos/videos of the product

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store credit (if applicable)

4. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we offer a free replacement (subject to availability)
  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not reported within 48 hours)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during special clearance or sale (if specified)

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is covered by us only in case of defective or wrong products
  • Otherwise, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
